- Statement of Work for PV Works Enhancement Support Service The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the intends to award a sole source firm fixed price type contract to Assured Information Systems Limited, doing business as Ennovs (DUN 525625786), 5 Eaton Court Road, Colmworth Business Park, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19 8ER, United Kingdom for the commercial products: enhancement services in the customization of PV Works suite of tools. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-2, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The estimated cost of this contract is $95,837.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511 with a size standard of $27.5 million for this procurement. The expected award date for this contract is on or about May 21, 2018. The proposed contract is to initiate a new contract for consulting support in the enhancement of PV Works suite of tools to provide FDA Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM) with customization support of Form FDA 1932a "Veterinary Adverse Drug Reaction, Lack of Effectiveness, or Product Defect Report" in allowing reviewers to easily identify and analyze adverse events from compounded animal drug products from information captured in the updated Form FDA 1932a. Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) CLIN 01 - Consulting Services for customization PV Works suite of tools in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and in the quantity of not-to-exceed 670 labor hours. Period of Performance: One (1), twelve-month base period (approximately 05/21/2018 - 05/20/2019) This notice is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI), proposals or quotations and no solicitation will be issued. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. However, contractors who disagree with this action may submit a letter of interest that demonstrates the firm's technical expertise, certifications, and authorization to compete for this acquisition to include a rationale for why your firm should be considered. Responses shall be received no later than 7 calendar days after the posting of this notice and shall be submitted via email only to Shirley Afable, Contract Specialist at shirley.afable@fda.hhs.gov. Late responses shall not be considered. No telephone inquiry will be accepted and phone calls will not be returned. Responses received will be evaluated. However, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement (based on the responses received to this notice) is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
