- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 05/18/2018 and respond due date 06/18/2018. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 73354037; Item is solicit as Unrestricted for approved sources of supply. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-18-R-0992 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1650-01-310-2256, Filter Body, Fluid for 105 each. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety (NCSI) as verified on the CSI lists on May 1, 2018 neither is commercial. Item is not Critical Application nor Export Control Applies. Item in accordance with Basic Dwg NR 02731 -311310266 Revision NR C dtd 11/17/2011 Requirements. Approved Sources of Supply; McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, CAGE 8V613 to solicit CAGE 48T42. Pall Aerospace Corp, CAGE 18350; Part Number - AE-B730-2 requirements. Required delivery objective is 239 days total for production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are authorized for this purchase.
