- ITEM: AMMUNITION CHUTE. NSN: 1005-01-172-3038. P/N: (19200)12323398-1. QTY: 1596 (5 YEAR MAX). OPTION: NONE. FOB: DESTINATION. THE OFFER DUE DATE IS ON OR ABOUT JUNE 18, 2018 (SEE SOLICITATION FOR ACTUAL OFFER DUE DATE). SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS. THE SOLICITATION WILL EXPLAIN THAT THE DRAWINGS ARE INADEQUATE TO ENABLE COMPETITIVE BIDDING. THIS BUY WILL RESULT IN A 5 YEAR INDEFINITE QUANTITY TYPE CONTRACT. THE ITEM BEING PROCURED IS RESTRICTED TO THE APPROVED SOURCE WHICH IS STANDARD ARMAMENT INC. (SAI) (98459) OR AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR. ONLY THE APPROVED SOURCES AND/OR DISTRIBUTORS WILL BE CONSIDERED ON THIS BUY. You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) ( https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/ ) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation, via FBO ( www.fbo.gov ). To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link ( https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/DD2345Form.pdf ) and submit the form to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company. See the instructions at https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/InstructionsDDform2345.pdf. Mail the DD Form 2345 to the address is provided on form; it CANNOT be faxed or emailed. The process should take no more than one week for you to be certified or denied for approval under the JCP. Your firm must request access to the TDP in FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) in addition to submitting the above form in order to be granted access to the TDP.
