- Statement of Work for Transportable Telemetry System (TTS) Antenna Requirements Justification & Approval for Sole Source to Zodiac Data Systems The following information is provided in accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is HQ014718R0025. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. (iv) The NAICS code is 334220, and the size standard is 750 employees. (v) The line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, are as follows: CLIN Quantity Description 0001 2 Each Sea-Based Transportable Telemetry System (TTS) antennas in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (including installation support) 0002 2 Each Land-Based Transportable Telemetry System (TTS) antennas in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (including installation support) 0003 1 Lot Documentation Deliverables in accordance with section 2.0 of the Statement of Work (Not Separately Priced--Price is included in CLINs 0001 and 0002) (vi) The Missile Defense Agency Directorate for Test Resources, Test Infrastructure Division (MDA DTRI) has a requirement to procure Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Transportable Telemetry System (TTS) antennas, specifically: two (2) sea-based antennas with interface platforms, and two (2) land-based antennas with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) semi-permanent containers. Vendor support during on-site antenna installation is also required. A Statement of Work is attached. Only Zodiac Data Systems can meet the Government's specific requirements. A sole source justification is attached. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) Offers will be evaluated based on the reasonableness of prices as determined by the Contracting Officer. (x) Offerors must include with their offer a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items - Alternate I. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, with no addenda.
