Description: This requirement is for one, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker, with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks, that is capable of carrying a minimum of 200,000 bbls of clean petroleum products (intentions JP8, JP5, and/or F76) within the vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in CHOP (Intentions St. Theodore, Greece) and the place/range of redelivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in CHOP (Intentions Souda Bay, Greece or Augusta, Italy). The laydays commence 20 May and cancel 22 May 2018, and the period of performance will be about 12 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as "Unrestricted" is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC's Small Business Deputy Director approved the DD Form 2579 on 30 April 2018.
