Posting Date: April 30, 2018 Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Agency/Office: Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 Title: Veterans Health Indiana Regulated Medical Waste Removal Services Classification Code: V112- Transportation of Things NAICS Code: 562112- Transportation of Hazardous Waste This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking to acquire regulated medical waste removal services for the Veterans Health Indiana, Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. In general, the Veterans Health Indiana requires a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to provide regulated medical waste removal services, to include the providing of medical waste containers, and final waste destruction/treatment. The Government anticipates awarding a single, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. The Government further anticipates competing this requirement as full & open with no preference given for small business. A formal Request for Quotes (RFQ) 36C2518Q0008 is to follow. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be May 1, 2018 with a due date of May 23, 2018. These dates are subject to change. Interested Offerors must refer to the final released RFQ on Federal Business Opportunities for due dates, times, and submission requirements.
