Page 1 of 1 SOURCES SOUGHT The VA Medical Center at 718 Smyth Road, Manchester NH 03104 has a requirement for Firm Fixed Price contract to completely Construct Clinical Services Building as outlined in the drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions and applicable wage rates. VA Project #608-314. This is not a Request for Proposal; this is a Sources Sought document only. The period of performance for this project is 548 days after Notice to Proceed for the base contract. The purpose of this notice is to determine if there are qualified Small Businesses that have the experience in new Construction of Clinical Services Building on Hospital site and if such businesses are interested in this procurement. The VA especially welcomes responses and capabilities from Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) who are certified and current in the CVE/VetBiz registry. The NAICS code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. Interested Small Business firms should indicate their interest to the Contract Specialist not later than 18 calendar days from the date of this notice (end date 5/18/2018) via email to Jacalyn Hainey at Jacalyn.Hainey@va.gov. The following information is requested in response to this notice: (1) Evidence of Small Business firm under NAICS code 236220; (2) A positive statement of your intention to submit a proposal in response to a solicitation for this project. (3) Evidence of your experience in hospital building construction with a construction magnitude between $5,000,000 and 10,000,000 with a minimum of three (3) located at a medical facility (please provide contract descriptions, contract dollar amounts and telephone numbers for points of contact no photographs). (4) Proof of professional liability insurance required to cover the amount of this project; and (5) Evidence your firm has an office within a 200 mile radius of the VA Manchester NH Medical Center. All information must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on the availability of interested Small Business concerns. Failure to submit all information requested will result in a contractor not being considered as an interested Small Business concern. If adequate interest in not received from Small Business concerns by 18 calendar days (May 18, 2018) from the date of this notice, this action will not be set-aside for Small Business firms. Interested firms may reply via e-mail to Jacalyn.Hainey@va.gov. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Visit www.sam.gov to register in this database. VOSB firms must be verified through VetBiz.
