Description
This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. Scope of Work Valéron Route Tag Media 1SCOPE 1.0This specification establishes the requirements for the use of Valéron route tag media at Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) to assist in the routing of disassembled piece parts through reclaim process shops. 1.1Delivery of 640 rolls of Intermec Valéron route tag media delivered to Anniston Army Depot in one shipment to Building 103 K-Yard. 2INTENDED USE 2.0Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) is used to generate “route tags” and to scan material in and out of the maintenance shops, but more significantly provides electronic and human-readable data in order to visibly track and assess real-time work in progress inventory to include quantity, location and processing status 2.1The route tag media will allow printing of a bar code for Automated Identification Technology (AIT) scanning. Without the constant supply of the rout tags, ANAD will not be able to overhaul parts as efficiently and could actually experience shut down of production on most all of our weapon system assembly lines. 3PROPERTIES 3.0Route tag media shall be: 3.0.1White Valéron (8 mil) – 4 inch x 11 inch 3.0.2Gloss polyester (.001 inch) laminated on both front and back sides 3.0.3Hole punch (.250 diameter) on each tag, 1 inch from the top and centered left to right The Anniston Army Depot is seeking responses from all responsible sources, including large, and small business concerns.
