- Attachment II: Property Management Requirements Attachment I: Request for Information (RFI) The Federal Bureau of Prisons' (BOP) has created a Request for Information (RFI) to seek an entity to provide information about available solutions in the marketplace for an asset management system that provides the ability to monitor, control and manage all assets from a single system. Ideally, the system should be able to account for all types and classifications of property including personal and real property, material, capital, sensitive, Information Technology (IT) equipment, personnel file records that can be checked-out and checked-in, weapons, scientific equipment, and more. Information provided by responsive vendors will be used to further refine the BOP's specifications for the eventual solicitation/acquisition for such a system. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for any costs related to the development and submission of information in response to this RFI. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Please see attached document for full RFI details. Attachment List: Attachment I: Request for Information (RFI) Attachment II: Property Management System Requirements Questions or any inquiries regarding this RFI shall be emailed to include, "15BNAS18N00000004 - Property Management System" in subject line to jpbrown@bop.gov no later than Monday, May 7, 2018, at 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).
