- Notice of Contract Action -Cloud CITI AFLCMC/HBBK intends to award a contract utilizing FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The competition will limited sources to no less than 3 contractors that will be pre-selected based on market research. This will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 541715 (1,000 employees). This effort is to acquire software (SW) engineers that shall (1) provide macro-level architectural solutions of a multi-region cloud based infrastructure, a cross-cutting application and integration architecture, and a data management and analytics architecture, and (2) provide specialized training to Kessel Run team. The period of performance will be 30 Months (6 month base and two (2) 1 year options).
