Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, dated January 19, 2017. Solicitation 36C26218Q0555 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued under as Unrestricted solicitation. NAICS Code is 332420 and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard 750 Employees. The Government is seeking a contract to Acquire Oxygen Flex Line Backup System and components to temporarily deliver oxygen from bulk storage tank to hospital Emergency Low Pressure connection during a catastrophic event. This solicitation contains a brand name justification for the following systems and components: MATHESON OXYGEN FLEX LINE BACKUP SYSTEM Stainless Steel Flex Line Roll Out Cart Drive Over Plates Maxtec Oxygen Monitor MOD Filling Station See attached SF 1449 Solicitation for further details. Place of Performance: VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS) 5901 E. 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822. Period of Performance: Within 45-60 days of placing order or sooner if available.
