Fort Benning, Georgia, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) invites you to a SMALL BUSINESS ACQUISITION FORECAST OPEN HOUSE with representatives from various Fort Benning Activities, and MICC officials. These representatives will provide their anticipated forecast on various opportunities for 2018 and into the future. MICC-Fort Rucker will also provide forecasting on acquisitions at Fort Rucker, Alabama, for the fiscal year and into the future. Date: May 24th Thursday), 2018 Times: Forecast Open House - 9:00am to 12:00pm Event Sign-In: 30 minutes prior (preregistration is required - complete the attached registration form and security information located in the quote mark Additional Information quote mark link). Location: McGinnis-Wickham Hall, Room West 105, 1 Karker Street (Building 4), Fort Benning, GA 31905 (see the attached direction map AND Access Control Point map with instructions to contractors). No fee to attend, but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! To reserve your seat, please respond to this notice BY EMAIL WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FORM 1. AS A MINIMUM, complete the MICC Acquisition Forecast Open House Registration Form 2. If you are attending the "public forum," you are to stop at the Visitor Center located at Harmony Church's 8th Division Road Access Control Point (see Access Control Point map) on the day of the Event to be processed for a Day Pass. Two forms of identification, Driver's License, Current Vehicle Registration and Insurance is required to receive access to the installation. RECOMMENDATION: Due to the heightened security on Fort Benning please arrive approximately one hour prior to the event. NOTE: It is against Fort Benning Installation policy to use cellular phones that are not hands free. Violations may result in a traffic fine.
