- This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four - one year options. The part being procured is Latch, Assembly, Aircra for NSN 1560-01-512-1667. There are three approved sources for supply: The Boeing Co., CAGE 76301; Northrop Grumman Systems, CAGE 76823; Both with Part Number 74B328220-215 and Hartwell Corp., CAGE 83014 with Part Number H3819K3925. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 204 each. The required delivery schedule is 90 days. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Solicitation issue date is 17 JANUARY 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select " Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB) " from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
