Description

The Alexandria VA Health Care System, Pineville, LA has a requirement for the repair and upgrade of a Government Owned Dailkin McQuay air handling unit. The solicitation will be issued under RFW number 36C5618Q0628 as a 100% Services Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All requirements will be identified in the Performance Work Statement. All parts are required to be compatible with the existing Dailkin McQuay unit. Work shall be completed by Certified National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) or Associated Air Balance Counsel (AABC) certified technician. A onetime site visit is scheduled for 10:00 AM CST May 14, 2018. All vendors planning to attend site visit are required to email susan.foreman@va.gov no later than 02:00 PM CST May 11, 2018 the company name attending and a list of attendees. No individual not on the list will be allowed to attend the site visit. All question will be in writing and submitted to the Contracting Officer (CO) only. Question that do not submitted to CO in writing are considered non-responsive. Only one contract shall be awarded from the requirement. NAICS 238220 Size Standard $15 million
