- Page 1 of 2 This is a Sources Sought/Market Research synopsis. The Overton Brooks VA Medical Center Contracting office is performing market research to ascertain whether there are potential sources and their business size classification (HUB-Zone, 8(a), Small Business, Small Disadvantage Business, Women Owned Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, or Veteran Owned Business) relative to NAICS Code 339112. The Medical Center is particularly interested in identifying Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and their capability. The Medical Center is seeking potential sources to provide with the below following technical specifications for the Fayetteville VAMC locations. The facility is seeking the following products brand name or equal to: Description Glidescope video laryngoscope a high resolution digital camera resolution LCD monitor EER#31631 SEPG#73444 TEMP2237-KCGLIDESCOPES Equipment must be compatible with our existing Glidescope AVL equipment. Must be compatible with disposable blades that are already in current inventory with anti-fogging design. This is not a solicitation for quotes. A solicitation will be issued at a future date and time. All information submitted in response to this source sought notice is considered voluntary. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number, geographical location, business size and number of employees. Additionally, all SDVOSBs and VOSBs who respond to this project must be registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise VetBiz Registry located at http://vip.vetbiz.gov. Contracting Officers are required to verify that all SDVOSBs and VOSBs who are interested parties are VIP Verified during entire acquisition process. Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to Tiffany Conner, Contracting Specialist at tiffany.conner@va.gov. A telephone response will not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than May 4, 2018, NLT 10:00am CST. (a) Gray market items are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) goods sold through unauthorized channels in direct competition with authorized distributors. This procurement is for new OEM medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts) for VA Medical Centers. No remanufactures or gray market items will be acceptable. (b) Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
