Description

Gen # 2 repair package This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number DTMA93Q18000009. (see attached solicitation) This requirement is a small business set aside and the NAICS code is 333618. The Department of Transportation (DOT) Maritime Administration (MARAD) Central Region Beaumont Reserve Fleet (BRF) 2600 Amoco Road; Beaumont, TX 77705 intends to procure parts and repair Generator #2 on the M/V Barbara Lois for the Maritime Administration, Beaumont Reserve Fleet (BRF). A site visit will be held at the BRF, address above, on Monday, 7 May 2018 between the hours of 0800-1200. POC for site visit is Mr. Eric Welch at (409) 722-3433. All question should be addressed to Contracting Officer, Aline Smith at aline.smith@dot.gov. Quotes are due Tuesday, 15 May 2018, 3:00 p.m. local time by email to same. Award will be firm fixed price made to the lowest priced responsible offeror submitting a quote which conforms to this RFQ.
