Description

Detroit Arsenal PWS Detroit Arsenal RFP The U.S. Army Detroit Arsenal, MI has a requirement for logistics support services, including maintenance, supply, and transportation support. This RFP is a small business set-aside and will be competed among those Offerors that hold an Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) Program Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) who can certify small business status under NAICS Code 561210 by the closing date of this RFP. This RFP will result in a Cost Plus Fixed Fee with some Firm Fixed Priced CLINs task order with one (1) 12 month base period, to include a sixty (60) day transition-in period, and four (4) 1-year options, for a total of five (5) years if all options are exercised. The evaluated option periods, which will be awarded at the Government's sole discretion, will be based on need and performance of contractors.
