Description

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Hampton VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 100 Emancipation Drive in Hampton, Virginia will be soliciting quotes for an Asbestos Assessment Survey. A Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24618Q0693 will be issued on or about April 26, 2018. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The contract shall be completed one-hundred and twenty (120) days from award. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 541620 Environmental Consulting Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0 Million. The classification code is F108. The solicitation will be issued as a Service Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
