Description

Attachment 001 - Compliance Sheet RFP The US Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for Two (2) new heavy-duty slant bed, single carriage, CNC controlled, 3-axis (X, Z, C) engine lathes for Watervliet Arsenal (WVA). The solicitation is released on a Full and Open Competition basis and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Caution: This solicitation is issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of same.
