- Conformed copy to W58RGZ-16-R-0070 Amendment 0003 to W58RGZ-16-R-0070 This announcement serves as the notice for the Formal Request for Proposal (RFP) W58RGZ-16-R-0070, Amendment 0003. Offerors are cautioned to read the entire A narrative found on pages 2-4 of Amendment 0003. The narratives from Amendments 0001 and 0002 were pulled in to this Amendment 0003 to re-order into chronological order. The narratives had been out of order due to an administrative error and were therefore pulled into this Amendment to re-order. Because of this, the narrative for this Amendment 0003, is located at the end (see narrative A0004) rather than the beginning of Section A. If there are any questions about this re-order of the narratives, please direct them to the KO, Sarah Shaffer, at usarmy.redstone.acc.mbx.acc-rsa-lsf5@mail.mil. Disregard the system generated titles of the Amendment packages posted on FBO. For example, the FBO system has generated the title for Amendment 0001 as "Package 1" and generated the title for Amendment 0002 as "Amendment 0004". Please refer to the included attachments for all guidance and revisions to the RFP.
