- Wage Determination Drawings & Diagrams Statement of Work FA3030-18-Q-0010 Burger King Grease Trap Replacement The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other services necessary to perform replacement of Grease Drap (Interceptor) located on the south side of B303, (Burger King) per statement of work. The requirement will be solicited as a request for written quotation and evaluated under procedures of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The construction magnitude for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) is anticipated to be posted on or about 26 April 2018. The anticipated award date is on or about 25 May 2018. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 60 days after issuance of notice to proceed. All requests for clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the contracting specialist SSgt Jason Burton at 325-654-5805 or jason.burton.5@us.af.mil. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Interested parties should subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the FedBizOpps website at https://www.fedbizopps.gov/ and clicking on Vendor notification Service Area to register. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date. 52.236-27 Site Visit Clause States: An organized site visit has been scheduled for 10 May 18 @ 2:00 PM. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. Participants will meet at Visitor Control Center, South Gate Goodfellow AFB, Texas 76908 Submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 3) to SSgt Jason Burton at jason.burton.5@us.af.mil No Later Than 08 May 18 by 2:00 P.M. CST. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the installation and adequate arrangements for the conference attendees.
