Description

Please see below for questions received in response to this announcement. Which vehicle is this anticipated to be released on, if any? Answer: The responses and subsequent capability determination of the Request for Information will determine if this acquisition is appropriate to be released on a contract vehicle or the Federal Business Opportunities webpage. What set-aside will be used, if any? Answer: The purpose of the Request for Information is to determine the availability of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) that are capable of providing the total IT solution identified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with the Limitation of Subcontracting in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations §125.6. In the event it is determined that SDVOSBs/VOSBs are not capable of providing total IT solution identified in the attached PWS, the Government will determine if the procurement should be set aside to another socioeconomic group of businesses or be released on a Fair Opportunity basis. What is the timing of the release of the solicitation? Answer: The anticipated date of release of the solicitation is tentatively May 1, 2018.
