- Description
- Presolicitation The U.S. Embassy Dakar, SENEGAL intends to launch a solicitation for the maintenance of the NEC power monitoring system. Anticipated performance is for 01 base period and 02 one-year periods at the option of the Government. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting its proposal: · Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing; · All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the service · Be able to understand written and spoken English; · Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work; · Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM); www.sam.gov; The solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps website www.fbo.gov and at the Embassy public website. No paper copies will be mailed. The solicitation (SF1449), all attachments, and all amendments will be published for viewing and printing from the FedBizOpps website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website for the solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, direct labor personnel, materials and transportation that are necessary to accomplish all work required. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. QUESTIONS: Questions will not be accepted at this time; however, interested parties may submit questions regarding this requirement after the solicitation is posted on FedBizOpps.
