Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital (Columbia, MO) Dental Porcelain Furnace Required Requirements: This solicitation uses a Brand Name or Equal Description of the product required. This permits prospective contractors to offer products other than those specifically referenced by brand name. All offers must work with existing equipment that has already been purchased and is currently in use at the station. The requested equipment shall have the following salient characterizes: A firing muffle with maximum durability and reliable electronics for consistently excellent firing results Automatic prevention of condensation in the firing chamber Automatic temperature adjustment to +/- 1 degree Celsius every time the program is started An automatic cleaning function Operates up to 4 furnaces using just a single control unit Use the pump to supply up to 4 furnaces with a single vacuum pump Integrated working instructions Automatic service cycle monitoring Intelligent menu navigation Integrated control pad A 10 display An SD card slot 2 USB ports The ability to create up to 12 user profiles Ability to operate by swiping Ability to drag and drop materials and firing programs Up to 1000 customizable firing, pressing, and sintering programs 3 GB of memory Vacuum pump Oil-free Includes sound absorbing box to reduce noise level At least 230 volts and 50/60Hz Power consumption 80 W Vacuum approximately 30 mbar
