Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of a Table Top Coagulation machine Brand name or Equal; SYSMEX CA-660; capable of running PT, INR, PTT, and D-Dimer for use at the Laboratory at McDonald Army Health Center, Fort Eustis, VA, 23604. The potential contract will require the supply of the equipment, reagents, supplies, consumables, equipment maintenance, emergency repair, preventative maintenance and training to perform testing, see items below: - Leased Equipment Brand Name or Equal (SYSMEX CA-660) - CPR-COA APTT - CPR COA PT - REAGENT INNOVANCE D-DIMER - OWREN'S VERONAL BUFFER - WARRANTY SERVICE/TRAINING No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this sources sought notice or any follow-up information requests.
