Description

Sources Sought with Performance Work Statement The Census Bureau requires contractor support for research projects especially in the areas of recruitment of participants, qualitative data collection, behavior coding and expert reviews. The Census Bureau intends to issue individual work orders where contractor support is required. Work orders will specify the tasks to be performed and the anticipated level of effort required by a contractor including work activities, deliverables, timing and the division of labor between contractor and Census Bureau. The Census Bureau's presents the requirements in the following sections - Section II - Management Requirements Section IV - Technical Requirements Section V - Technical Areas The Census Bureau anticipates a single-award BPA. Responses for this Sources Sought are due Friday, May 11, 2018 at 2PM ET.
