- Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the work described in this PWS (the "Work") except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract and the Work shall be performed by an expert in the field of legal fees and related expenses analysis, by a person that has previously been qualified as an expert witness in such field. Contractor shall perform the scope of work in accordance with applicable standards of care. The invoices to be analyzed include 67 invoices, with 2,015 time or unit entries, contained in approximately 167 pages for legal fees and data management services submitted by three large law firms and three data management firms. The Contractor shall provide a written report of the analysis of such invoices. a. The total amount of all invoices is just over $1.8 million U.S. Dollars. b. The invoices will be provided on a CD in pdf format. c. In addition to the invoices, the expert may be provided other documents as necessary to perform the review, such as a copy of the government subpoena that was the impetus for the incurrence of the legal fees and related expenses at issue; the claimant's claim for payment; the retention agreements; and other documents. d. A modification is to be issued in accordance with terms and conditions of this contract if the contracted and actual work performed quantity are different from each other. For conflict analysis, the entities that created these invoices, or to whom these invoices were charged, shall be provided after the receipt of offers of interest to the Government.
