Attachment 5 1603H Full Set Rev B Attachment 4 16038H Operation and Maintenance Manual Attachment 3 Rolling Hanger Doors Check List Attachment 2 Hanger Door Check List 2049 Attachment 1 Hanger Door Check List Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 18-U-8613 PM OH Doors The U.S. Government desires to procure vendors who are able to provide all labor and resources necessary to perform preventative maintenance on (33) vertical lift hangar doors and (5) sliding hangar doors located at P-2050, P-2060, P-2070, P-2072, P-2074 and 19710 and (2) tip-up hangar doors located at P-2049 on the airfield Fort Drum, NY, on a small business set-aside basis. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women­ Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. Some of the duties include: inspect all cable drum bearing, chain couplers, cable wear, sheaves, weather-stripping and all safety equipment and related controls. Adjust all cable lengths as required. Lubricate all bearing, chain couplers and door guides. Tighten all hardware including couplings and drums and inspect any other component recommended from the manufacturer's PM guidelines. This requirement will include 4 option years.
