Description

NOTE: This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes. This is not a solicitation for a contract or grant award. Information submitted in response to this RFI does not constitute an offer or proposal to create an award by the Government. NAVSUP FLCY FUEL Division Office located in Santa Rita, Guam is interested in finding local companies to provide cost effective services to disposal of 620,000 gallons of Sludge and Slop located within Fuel Farm Tanks B1 and B2. NAVSUP FLCY FUEL Division Office will need this requirement to be performed in a professional, safe, and environmentally responsible manner in accordance to applicable federal, state, local, and military service regulations. See attached Draft Performance Work Statement for further information. All interested parties are encourage to attend a onetime site visit at NAVSUP FLCY Fuel Division Office in Santa Rita, Lower Sasa Valley on Tuesday April 24, 2018 at 9:00AM. Please email contract specialist and contract officer to confirm site visit attendance and meeting area. This requirement is only open to Guam Local Small Businesses registered in SAM.GOV.
