U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Montana City: Helena Delineated Area: At the point of beginning West Custer Avenue and North Benton Avenue, go East on West Custer Avenue to Intestate 15, go south to exit 193 and continue on Airport Road to the east to Carter Drive, Go south on carter drive to Highway 287/12, go west on Highway 287/12 to Interstate 15, go southeast on Interstate 15 to exit 192, go west on East Broadway Street to South Park Avenue, go north on South Park Avenue to Clark Street, go West on Clark to North Benton Avenue back to the point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,700 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,000 Space Type: Office Space Parking Spaces Total: 50 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office space in a building under lease in Helena, Montana that has expired. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
