This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a "request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peters VA Medical Center Bronx Campus at 130 West Kingsbridge Road is seeking to purchase Specialty Beds for Community Living Center. All interested companies shall provide quotation(s), for the following: Supplies Line Item Description Quantity Unit Price Total Price 1 ITEM#33060050-Sizewise-Low Boy Bed 35 x 82-850LB capacity, full electric, Bed Hi/Low (7.5" low / 30.5" high) Manual CPR Release Head Up/Down, Foot Up/Down, Trendelenburg/Reverse Trendelenburg (1) Set of Side Rails, 1 Floor Safety Mat, Foot lock-out controls - Standard 10 EA 2 Operational Manuals 2 EA 3. Service Manuals 2 EA Services Items to be delivered Only The delivery/task order period of performance is 04/30/2018-04/29/2019. Delivery shall be provided no later than 15 days after receipt of order/award of contract. Delivery terms Destination. This is an open-market combined synopsis/solicitation for Specialty Beds Brand Name Only (Sizewise Low- Boy Beds) as defined herein.    The government intends to award a contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. To facilitate the award process, all bids must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition."
