Description

Site Photos Drawings Additional Technical Specifications Request for Quotes - Price Schedule - Instructions to Quoters The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. This project is for the installation of an individual sewer lift station for a 3-bedroom private home of a member of the Puyallup Tribe in Tacoma, WA. The site is located at 3573 E N Street, Tacoma, WA. The Period of Performance is 30 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The Project Engineer MUST be notified 24 hours prior to conducting a site visit at the location. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a size standard of $36.5M. The magnitude of construction is under $25,000.00. See attached Solicitation RFQ for specific details quote submittal requirements. Firms offering a response to this solicitation shall ensure that they are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, prior to submission of quotes. All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be registered with the SAM. NO award shall be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM.
