Page 1 of 1 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Networking Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to negotiate a sole source commercial service procurement with Philips Medical Systems North America Inc. located at 22100 Bothell Everett Hwy Bothell, WA, 98021-8431, to provide all parts and labor to repair and replace a TVE board on Philips X-ray equipment located at Charlotte Healthcare Center, a community based clinic of the Salisbury VAMC. This repair shall be completed by May 11, 2018. This proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest by sending capability statements in reference to this requirement no later than 4:30 p.m., April 20, 2018, 4:30p.m. EST to: takira.peoples@va.gov. Telephone inquiries shall not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost of obligation to the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
