Description

Asbestos Containing Floor Tile and Mastic Abatement Construction Services for Project #570-18-603 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal for General Construction Contractor to abate tile & mastic floor containing asbestos at the VA Central California Health Care System located at 2615 E. Clinton Ave., Fresno, California. Work shall include removal, transport, and disposal of asbestos containing floor tile and mastic in a space approximately 5,000 square feet in area. This Request for Proposal will be a total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers will only be accepted from qualified Small Businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about May 03, 2016. The solicitation will contain proposal instructions. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Project Site Visit will be held at the Fresno facility. Exact location, date, and time will be noted in the solicitation. This conference is highly recommended. Magnitude of Construction Project is between $25,000 and $100,000 Questions regarding the solicitation must be sent in writing to alejandro.ochoa2@va.gov or denise.groves@va.gov.
