- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140F0518Q0039 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award date is 5 days after the close of this announcement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. This procurement is being solicited as a Firm-Fixed Price, 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors; Small Business size standard is $15.0M in annual receipts. Item Description(s): Line Item 0001 (Refer to Attached Statement of Work) The Contractor will: 1. Determine the correct size propane, forced air furnace and AC unit for building 2. Determine the location for the furnace, ducting, registers, thermostat, drains, and AC 3. Install propane furnace, heating and return ducts, filter, AC unit, refrigeration, electrical and control connections for a complete installation 4. Provide and install programmable thermostat 5. Start Test and adjust for proper operation Delivery Schedule: Completion of this project shall not exceed 30 days from the date of "Notice to Proceed". Refuge Location: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Fort River Division Quarters 69 Moody Bridge Road Hadley, MA 01035 Terms & Conditions: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. - Quotes will be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and submit with its offer.
