- Wage Determination for Columbus County, NC Statement of Work for HVAC Installation Solicitation for HVAC Installation The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to provide the installation of a new HVAC system. The work consists of the supply and installation of a new, American Standard, Model Number: 4WCC4042A1000A 14 SEER, 3.5 ton heat pump packaged system or equal. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to properly install and test the new unit. The contractor shall perform a turn key job. The work includes removal and disposal of the existing unit. The contractor shall complete the work and installation to the point of operation and successful testing. The unit will be installed at the office building located at 996 Locks Road #1, Riegelwood, N.C., 28456. All work shall be completed within 30 days after receipt of order. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price The Magnitude of Construction for this project is less than $25,000. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy discs, faxes, etc) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation.
