- The solicitation is for DLA managed consumables, for the procurement of a Shock Absorber, Dire cited on a source controlled drawing cross-reference to National Stock Number (NSN) 2510-01-190-3862, with FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. As of the date of this solicitation, only the sources cited on the drawing have been approved. Even though approved sources and approved part numbers are provided, the item furnished must meet the requirements of the cited drawing. [DTLCDA(1] [LPJCDLAM(2] The FSC of this requirement is: 2510. An Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order of a 3 year base period with 2 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. This is Unrestricted with Other Than Full & Open Competition per 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). Small Business Size Standard is 1000 for NAICS 336211. The request for quotation (RFQ) will be available on April 16, 2018 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFQ. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFQ. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. As of the date of this RFQ, only the sources cited on the drawing have been approved. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. Item will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 13.5.
