- This solicitation is being issued for the Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will provide DLA Direct replenishment coverage. Under this solicitation, the resulting contract(s) will be Firm Fixed-Price with Annual Price Adjustments, Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) issued under FAR Part 15 for a 5-year base period. Pricing is being solicited for four quantity ranges for the NSN with F.O.B. Destination. Currently Section B will contain 1 NSN Item managed by DLA Land and Maritime. See below: NSN Nomenclature Estimated Annual Demand Quantity 1005009927283 KEY, BOLT CARRIER 11648 The Government is using the policies contained in Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. The solicitation will be available on or about April 30, 2018 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, proposed delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Drawings/specifications will be available through BSM DIBBS. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 1005. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for the Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
