- Solicitation for Project RVKQ 18-2255 Commercial Building Lightning Protection Systems Annual Service The New York Air National Guard, 107 th Attack Wing, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, New York 14031 contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation for the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN's): The Statement of Need for this requirement is as follows: CLIN0001: Project RVKQ 18-2255 Commercial Building Lightning Protection Systems Annual Service to include all associated materials, equipment, and labor necessary, to inspect, test (mechanical & electrical), and perform minor maintenance and repair. IAW attached RVKQ 18-2255 PWS. Base Year PoP: 1 June 2018 - 31 May 2019 Performance (*work to be performed between 1 June XX and 31 Aug XX of each Year). CLIN002: Option Year 1: 1 June 2019 - 31 May 2020 CLIN003: Option Year 2: 1 June 2020 - 31 May 2021 CLIN004: Option Year 3: 1 June 2021 - 31 May 2022 CLIN005: Option Year 4: 1 June 2022 - 31 May 2023 A site visit will be held on Wednesday, 25 April 2018 at 9:00 a.m. EST.
