- Description
- Nonpersonal Services: Maintain and operate Claiborne Bombing and Gunnery Range, Elmer, LA. The work to be performed at the Claiborne Bombing Range includes, but is not limited to, operations and maintenance of all assigned equipment, facility maintenance, grounds maintenance, target maintenance, management, administration, logistics, security, safety, range clearance, score bomb, rocket and bullet impacts, Electronic Warfare Security Program management and quality control necessary to support site activities. The base period of performance will be 1 October 2018 through 30 September 2019, with four, one-year option periods, all of which will be included in the evaluation for award. This solicitation is 100% setaside under the SBA Section 8(a) program. The applicable NAICS code is 561210 and the corresponding size standard is $35.5 Million. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial format, Request for Proposals. The Service Contract Act will apply. The anticipated issue date is 14 March 2018. The anticipated O fferor Proposal Due Date is 17 April 2018. A site visit is scheduled for 22 March 2018 from 1000 to 1300, all perspective offerors must RSVP no later than 20 March 2018 via e-mail to johnny.byrd@us.af.mil or via fax at 318-456-2629, mark attention to Mr. Johnny Byrd. ALL QUESTIONS POST SITE VISIT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO johnny.byrd@us.af.mil NO LATER THAN 28 March 2018, 12PM CST. The solicitation will be available only via the Electronic Posting System. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. No bidders mailing list will be maintained.
