SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Please note that this is a market research request only. Any proposal or pricing received in response to this RFI will be used for market research purposes only and cannot be considered to form a binding contract with VA. The costs associated with any response to this RFI are the sole responsibility of the offeror. Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Information & Technology has a requirement for Enghouse Interactive software licenses and maintenance. The Communication Portal (CP) License, Communication Portal Development Studio License, Communication Portal Hot Back Up and Dialogic Cards (software) support the application necessary for the 24X7 application for the Interactive Voice Randomization System, which handles the randomization procedures for the enrollees meeting the criteria for inclusion into the clinical trials hosted by the Cooperative Studies Program. This agreement will provide access to the help line for any technical support questions.   RESPONSES If you are able to provide the necessary supplies or services, please respond to this RFI certifying capability. In addition to the requirements certification, all responses shall clearly show socio-economic status. The following information details the Government s intent for this acquisition: The primary NAICS code for this effort is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services A Firm-Fixed Price Task Order is contemplated VA anticipates awarding the contract to only one responsive, responsible contractor. RESPONSE SUBMISSION Please provide a capability statement of no more than three pages if your company can perform the work outlined in the enclosed Product Description. Your capability statement shall be emailed to the Terricia Lloyd, terricia.lloyd@va.gov by 5:00 PM CDT. Responses should include a contact name, phone number, email address, socioeconomic status, along with your GSA or NASA SEWP contract number, if applicable. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
