- This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for septic pumping service for the US Army Corp of Engineers, Rock Island District. Calls will be placed against the BPA as services as required. The Contractor shall provide septic pumping services of dump stations, vault toilets, holding tanks, lift stations, and Multi-flo Systems as requested within 24 hours notification of call order award. Period of performance will be for five years from the date the contract award is signed by both parties. The associated NAICS code is 562111 and the proposed requirement will be issued as a small business set-aside. Interested parties shall reply to Rock Island District Contracting Office VIA EMAIL to anne.m.fleischman@usace.army.mil. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. Indicate your interest and/or ability to provide the septic pumping services NO LATER THAN 20 APRIL 2018, 2:00 PM Central Time. Vendors must be able to provide 100% of the item(s) listed to be considered for this BPA. A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as defined by FAR 13.303(a) is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing quote mark charge accounts quote mark with qualified sources of supply. The award of a BPA does not guarantee nor obligate the Government to any orders to a BPA holder in any way. When a requirement for supplies listed within the BPA arises, the Government shall compare prices of all BPA awardees and select the BPA holder that offers the best value to the Government. This should not be construed as a Request for Quote or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a purchase order on the basis of this sources sought or otherwise pay for information solicited.
