SOURCES SOUGHT “ NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS Product Service Code (PSC) D304 - IT and Telecom “ Telecommunications and Transmission The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center (NAVSUP) Jacksonville is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing Local Exchange Access Commercial Network Services (telecommunications) and the acquisition of Base Communications Services to support Navy shore activities, homeported and visiting fleet units, and authorized non-Navy activities under the Area of Responsibility (AOR) for the Base Communications Office located at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, GA. This requirement is for leased local exchange access commercial network service, path/interface to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) to support simultaneous access, transmission and switching of voice, high-speed data and image services. Trunking service shall terminate on the Navy ™s Lucent 5ESS telephone switching platform at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, GA. The NAICS Code is 517311 Wired Telecommunications Carriers with a size standard of 1500 employees. Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this requirement no later than 4:00PM (Eastern Standard Time), 26 April 2018, to Joyce Derry joyce.derry@navy.mil. This document shall address the following: 1. Company profile to include number of employees, office location(s), DUNS number, CAGE code and size of business; 2. Partnership agreements with any large businesses. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED; 3. A list of all current General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract(s) (if applicable). Submissions are NOT TO EXCEED 15 Standard typewritten pages. All technical questions and inquiries may be submitted within the response. Services should commence on or about 1 October 2018.
