Description

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1201 Broad Rock Boulevard in Richmond, VA 23249 will be soliciting offers for NARA Certified facility for Record Storage. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, management and supervision necessary to perform Record Storage Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Record Storage will include safe location records with ability for facility to access boxes when needed, records retrieval, delivery of records to VAMC, input data into contractor s system, destroy records upon request. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24618Q0346 will be issued on or about April 12, 2018. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is May 1, 2018 through September 30, 2018 with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 493110 administration with Size Standard of $27.5 million. The classification code is R612. The solicitation will be issued as Open Market Unrestricted. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
