- FA6703-18-Q-0014, Solicitation (RFQ) Offeror's Electrical Pricing Schedule This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA670318Q0014, Electrical Material, and is a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20171228, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-1003. This is a Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a Small Business Size Standard of 1000 employees. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 335932 ( Noncurrent-Carrying Wiring Device Manufacturing ). Award will be made in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The Government will award a one-time contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the Government.
