- NSN: 4330-01-214-9303 Nomenclature: Parts Kit, Fluid, Pre Destination Information: DLA Stocking Locations Approved Sources: Allison Transmission, Inc. / CAGE 73342 / Part Number 5703232 Purolator Facet, Inc. / CAGE 90005 / Part Number 1742558-06 This subject requirement is for the procurement of a commercial item and therefore the Government is utilizing the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 for this solicitation which will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp) on or about the issue date cited above. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data and specifications, plans, or drawings are not available; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved sources and part numbers are listed above and all responsible sources that submit an offer/quote shall be considered. The proposed procurement will support DLA Stock and is for a one-year (1-year) base period, and four (4), one-year (1-year) option periods not to exceed five-years (5-years). This item is to be shipped FOB Origin with Inspection / Acceptance at Origin. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery. All offers shall be in the English language and in U. S. Dollars.
