Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is for services. The solicitation number is 36C247-18-R-0514, and this solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is a 238220 with a small business size standard of $15 million. This solicitation is a Total Serviced Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set Aside, and only qualified offerors may submit proposals. Proposals shall be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Technical Approach, Management/Quality Control Approach, Relevant Experience, Past Performance criteria.
