- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-18-T-0027 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis under the authority of FAR 52.211-6. Software and Support must be HPE, under the authority of FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. See Attached RFQ Award All or None Preference will be given to quotes from small businesses. Please quote on base and four option years. Authorized HPE distributors only. If your authorized reseller certificate does not accompany your quote, your quote will not be evaluated. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00pm est., on 16 April 2018. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
