- Attachment 2: Navy Standard Drawing - 803-6983497 Attachment 1: MIL-PRF 32097A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the following: Ceramic Membrane module assembly for secondary treatment of wastewater to separate emulsions. Dimensions: 48 inches long, 6-inch membrane diameter, 1-inch diameter, 37-degree flared fitting permeate line, Temp Rating: 122.0 deg fahrenheit maximum. The product is installed in an AAE model 741089 Oily Waste Membrane System (OWMS); membrane shall comply with MIL-PRF-32097 and navy standard drawing 803-6983497 (attached). This requirement contains options to purchase two additional ceramic membranes. This solicitation is unrestricted and will be competed on a full and open basis. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. N0016718Q0052. The NAICS code is 327110 and the business size standard is 1,000 employees. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20161222. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible offerors on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with offerors. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. Quote packages are due by Wednesday 25 April 2018 10:00 AM EST. Late quotes will not be considered.
