- Market Survey DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit a one-time buy for NSN 4330-01-255-5177. This acquistion is for supplies for which the Government does not posses complete unrestrictive technical data., therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source(s) under the authority of 10.U.S.C.2304(C)(1). The approved source(s) are MAG AEROSPACE INDUSTRIES, INC. cage 29780, P/N 2904-001 and UNITED SPACE ALLICANCE, LLC cage 06NT6 P/N 64032-0001-101. Parties interested in becoming an approved source for this NSN must submit appropriate information as outlined in DLAD-52-217-9002. Coditions for Evaluation and acceptance of offers for part number items. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) CODE IS 333999 with a business size of 500. The SOURCES SOUGHT notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be constitued as a solicitaition or as an obligation or commintment by the Government. This notice is intended strickly for Market Research. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or questions. No solicitation exist at this time. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the avaliability and capability of qualified businesses that are capable of executing the potential contract. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquistion method.
